Rest & Digest Tea is a sweet, earthy herbal blend designed to gently support digestion while calming the nervous system.

Naturally soothing and grounding in flavour, it combines licorice and fennel for a soft natural sweetness, balanced with the warm, earthy notes of ginger and tulsi.

The result is a comforting tea that feels both restorative and stabilising.

This blend is traditionally used to:

Promote a sense of relaxation after meals or at the end of the day

Fennel + Ginger

add 1-2 teaspoons per 250mL of hot water

steep and infuse for 5 minutes
